I haven't forgotten...

I just wanted to pop in real quick and say I haven't forgotten about you all!!! Please keep coming back by. I am planning on getting LOTS of blogging done very soon - so don't give up on me. :) Thank you! can't wait to share lots more stories and pictures of our sweet girls with you!

Eliana's First Outing

Eliana & I didn't go anywhere the first 10 days, then, we went to Mrs. Natalie's for our 10-day check up. 

All Ready to go

After the check-up, we went to lunch to celebrate a special family day...Brian made it extra special, and we had such a sweet time all together.

Eliana stayed covered up the whole time. And, the Lord worked it out perfectly (answered silent prayers) and provided us with a corner booth, in the very back corner of the restaurant -far away from people. :)

That night, we went down to see Dad Moreno and spend some special time with him even though Mom wasn't home. The Lord again worked it perfectly, and we got a corner booth for dinner too!! Aspen had some great time with Popo. Thanks Dad for letting us come see you, we really enjoyed the evening together.

Eliana had lots of running around that day...Mommy was quite tired by the time we went to bed that night..and, we've been home since. Mommy is kinda germ paranoid... 

Aunts & Uncles

Eliana has met almost all her Aunts & Uncles - well, at least immediate ones. :) She's yet to meet Uncle Arnold, but, I'm sure that'll be soon...

The Can Opener

The other night we opened something with my can opener...I think it was some tomato sauce. A little bit later, I noticed Aspen running to her room, running back to the kitchen then plopped down on the floor...it had to pointed out to me what she was doing... She had gone to her kitchen set, gotten her little  pretend can of soup, and was trying to open it with Mommy's can opener! She kept asking for help once she couldn't do it herself. I was amazed how she put it all together.

Fun with Aspen

We had blueberry muffins for breakfast one morning - my favorite, and something that is an extra special treat for me. Aspen got to lick the spoon that morning...she was too cute, had to get some pictures...

That night, sweet friends from church brought dinner, and fellowshipped with us for awhile. During that time, Aspen brought this paper bag out of Eliana's room, and decided she wanted to sit in it. Took her some time, but she finally figured it out...then it dumped her.

Daddy & Aspen

Aspen has gotten lots of extra Daddy time here lately...and we've gotten some pretty cute pictures.
