Dad McDonald's birthday was pretty low-key this year. We as a McDonald family were getting together the following weekend, so nothing was planned for Dad on his actual birthday. Brian was working that evening, so the girls & I joined Mom & Dad for his birthday dinner. It was so fun...we went back to their house afterwards for apple pie and sweet fellowship.
