Uncle Rub's big 4-0 birthday was this year. His sweet wife planned a surprise party for him a couple months later. I was so proud of her -- she did a fantastic job!!
The cake -- German Chocolate, with coconut-pecan frosting, and German Chocolate Ganache.
His arrival! Pretty sure he was completely surprised!
