We took a quick trip to Dallas for a cousins wedding the 1st weekend in September... If you've been around the McDonald family any length of time, you know we CANNOT go on a road trip without cookies -- mainly, homemade chocolate chip cookies. For whatever the reason, this day, I convinced Mom McDonald to come to my house to mix & bake them. It was fun, and we got in on the goodies too!
